Built from Dealer Needs

Impression Solutions was founded by Ron Harper, whose IT integration background helped shape ISI’s problem-solving DNA. When dealers and IT clients began requesting specialized print programs and custom configurations, ISI stepped up with value-add fulfillment services long before “value-add” became an industry term.

From that origin, ISI has built a reputation for listening to dealers and innovating around their challenges, not the ISI catalog.

“ISI was founded on the principal of listening to dealers and building around their needs,” says Ron Harper, Founder & CEO. “Every innovation we’ve made came from a dealer conversation.”

Today, ISI operates four distribution centers and the nation’s only Kyocera wholesale configuration center, delivering fully pre-configured, ready-to-ship devices straight to end users. ISI also provides the full line of Epson Inkjet print devices including A4, A3 and Large Format printers and support.
