After graduating from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management, Ray entered the print industry. He started first as the Print and Imaging Product Manager for OMS, and later as VP of sales for COPI before joining Impression Solutions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2000.
During his tenure at Impression Solutions, Ray has worked to align his sales and marketing teams to better serve customers by creating a full range of services, financing, and marketing support. Impression Solutions offers custom programs to help imaging dealers meet the needs of the demanding business marketplace.
When Ray isn’t in the office he can be found on the lake enjoying his second career as a professional fisherman!

With over 22 years in the IT/Print industry – 20 of those years spent at ISI, Lance has seen the industry greatly change and evolve through the years. He has a deep understanding of how the industry operates, and as Executive VP of Operations for Impression Solutions, Lance oversees ISI’s daily operations, including our strategy, structure, and processes. He monitors performance using his experience to ensure ISI remains an industry leader, ensuring we remain customer-focused, efficient, profitable, and sustainable!

With over 20+ years of experience in the printing/technology industry, Shannon has risen through the ranks at Impression Solutions. Upon receiving his degree in Computer Science, he entered the industry and in 2001 joined Impression Solutions as a Sales Engineer and earned his way to Vice President of Operations in January of this year. Shannon is responsible for the day-to-day direction and coordination of Impression Solutions with an eye toward the growth and profitability of the company.
Shannon’s interests outside of the office involve all forms of technology, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
Director of Sales

Greg graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree and began his career in the industry. After gaining four years of experience, he joined the team at Impression Solutions in September 2003.
As Director of Sales, Greg’s responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies and working to hit annual targets while building long-lasting customer relationships and understanding customer’s needs and industry trends. His innovative approach has contributed to the growth of Impression Solutions.
Greg still supports the U of M Terrapins basketball and football teams and plays a serious game of tennis, when he’s not on the golf course!
Midwest, South, and West Regional Sales Manager

Ron held several leadership positions within the printing industry before joining Impression Solutions in 2013. His past positions include; VP of Sales at Toshiba Business Solutions Mississippi, Director of Sales at both Logista Solutions and Advantage Business Systems, and the Owner/Operator/President of Copy Graphics, Inc. Since 2013, Ron has been responsible for sales throughout the Midwest, South, and West regions, focusing on the growth and profitability of ISI customers by providing new and innovative ways to strengthen these relationships.
In his spare time, Ron sits on several boards of directors including Community Bank, the American Cancer Society, and Boy Scouts of America Pine Burr Council.
His interests include spending time with his family, golf, and singing. In fact, Ron is quite an accomplished singer who was a choir member in the Heritage United Methodist Church, lead singer of The Heritage Gospel Singers, and is a current member of the Wesley Southern Methodist Church Choir.
Central and Northwest Regional Sales Manager

Bill’s education in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services has served his customers well as they look to grow year over year revenues. Prior to joining the Impression Solutions sales team as the Midwest, South, and West Regional Account Manager, he worked as a sales consultant at Express Employment Professionals, and as Sales Manager at SprintPrint of Tupelo.
In his spare time, Bill enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Beth and their cocker spaniel Millie, and is an avid collector specializing in vintage sports cards and autographed sports memorabilia.
Northeast Regional Sales Manager

After a successful tenure playing for the UNC baseball team, Craig graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS in Business Administration. He has years of experience in the industry, starting his career spending eight years in sales and as a general sales manager at a copier dealership. Craig also spent 25 years supporting dealers for copier manufacturers and Impressions Solutions.
When he’s not managing our Northeast Regional sales team, he enjoys spending time with his wife, five grown children, and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of his third grandson!
Atlantic Regional Account Manager

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Applied Communication from the University of Alabama, Linny joined the marketing team at Impression Solutions. As a Marketing Assistant, Linny was highly involved with both customers and ISI sales teams. Her day-to-day responsibilities include updating the competitor databases by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs and presentations, and distributing reports.
Linny also provides support for sales presentations by working closely with the sales teams to assemble quotes, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstrations and product capabilities booklets. Linny’s efforts are instrumental in maintaining the Impression Solutions’ marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory. Recent job duties include providing new customers with onboarding materials upon opening an account with Impression Solutions. Linny also travels throughout the year to assist with training sessions, and to represent Impression Solutions at BTA Conventions throughout the year.
When she’s not at Impression Solutions, she’s rooting for her first love, Alabama football!
Northeast Regional Account Manager

Caleb earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. He started his tenure with Impression Solutions as a Customer Service Representative, learning the business from the inside out, which led to his promotion to Account Representative. After a few years as an account rep, Caleb was promoted and transitioned into his current position as the Northeast Regional Account Manager.
In his current position, Caleb works alongside the Regional Sales Managers to bring new dealers on board and expand Impression Solutions’ footprint with current dealers. His goal is to create fruitful and lasting partnerships that add value for both the dealer network and Impression Solutions.
In his free time, Caleb enjoys spending time with friends and family, including his wife Kaitlyn and their baby girl, Waverly. Caleb is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time hunting, playing golf, or on the lake. He is an active member of the Woodland Baptist Church and teaches AWANA to 1st through 3rd graders on Wednesday nights.

Diamond is an Air Force Veteran. She started her tenure with Impression Solutions in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative, learning the business from the inside out, which led to her promotion to Regional Account Manager of the Central and Northwest Region. Her military background and experience in sales support has made her an excellent addition to our team at ISI. In her spare time, Diamond enjoys travel, reading, music, and spending time with her loved ones.

We’re proud to welcome the ISI family’s newest member, our new Central and Northwest Regional Account Manager, Billy McCord. He comes to us with over 30 years of professional sales experience, with 25+ of those years concentrated in the IT/Technical services field. Billy graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and brought his skills, expertise, and enthusiasm with him to ISI.
When he’s not offering exceptional customer service and sales to his accounts, Billy loves watching and rooting for his alma mater – GO BULLDOGS! He also enjoys spending time with his family and won’t turn down a chance to spend the day in a duck blind.
