Free Freight is offered on Kyocera orders of $1500.00 or more (includes all Kyocera products as well as all ISI brand SD & RAM Memory, Premium Stands & Surge Protectors).

Free Freight & Flat Rate Programs are only available when shipping in the continental United States
Based on Impression Solutions selection of parcel (UPS/FedEx Ground) or LTL carrier. Dealer may request carrier, but Free Freight, Flat Rate & Negotiated LTL Accessorial Service Rates will not apply.

Any expedited service (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) is the responsibility of the dealer.

For orders less than $1500, ISI will select carrier and “Prepay and Add” Freight to Invoice or you may use your carrier account number.

Cancellation of any part of the order will disqualify you from getting the Free Freight offering from Impression Solutions.

• Call Ahead (Carrier/Driver to notify Consignee in advance of Delivery) – $0
• Delivery Appointment (Carrier to Contact Consignee to arrange Delivery Appointment) – $0
• Limited Access Delivery (Special Equipment Required for Delivery (Ex. Trailer Length/Height) – $50.00
• Residential Delivery (Deliveries to Private Residences/Apartments outside Commercial Zones) – $100.00
• Inside Delivery (Request for Driver to bring Shipment Inside or to an Area Outside Normal Load/Unload Zone. (Ground Level Only) – $100.00

* If accessorial service is not requested at time of order and needs to be performed at the request of the consignee, or a service is requested that is not noted above, including Re-Delivery Charges, Dealer will be charged at a rate set at the discretion of the LTL carrier on a separate invoice.
