Q: Do I have to be an approved dealer?
A: Only approved ISI dealers are eligible.
Q: How long does it take to be approved?
A: It takes 24 hours once you’ve joined to be approved. Upon your approval, you’ll be notified by email.
Q: When do awards become available?
A: All rewards are updated, added to the previous week’s totals, and available the following Monday by noon.
Q: When are the awards transferred to my card?
A: On the 1st and 15th of each month.
Q: When will I receive my ISI Rewards pre-paid Mastercard?
A: After the close of your first payout, you’re qualified to receive your pre-paid Mastercard. It should arrive within 7 to 10 days.
Q: How long do I have to claim my rewards?
A: You have 60 days. After this time your rewards are no longer valid.
Q: Do I need to activate my card?
A: Yes. When your card arrives follow the instructions on the activation sticker. You can activate your card online or with your phone.

Then, email it back to us along with your Reseller Tax Certificate and upon approval, you’ll receive an introductory email and a welcome packet.
